We welcome Jositos Catering, a brand new highly professional company, managed by the young five-star cook Jose Luis Ruiz Comino, who is among the top 10 cooks and sommeliers in Europe. In addition to his specialization in Mediterranean Cuisine, he is an honoured trainee of the Cooking School of Switzerland. He is a winner of many prestigious prizes. He has cooked before the cream of the society, such as King Juan Carlos, Prince Rainier, members of the Vatican Courtyard, world-famous grandeurs such as Jose Carreras and Placido Domingo.
